Vice president, Strategy, Analytics and Performance
Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic planning and monitoring of company performance, business architecture, digital
strategy, data and analytics and also operations performance. She occupies a transversal role within the company
which leads her to work closely with all business lines.
Experience
Before joining Desjardins, she worked at prominent consulting firms for more than 10 years in business strategy,
organizational transformation, and change management. During this time, she carried out numerous mandates within
Canadian cooperative financial institutions. She subsequently joined the office of the presidency of Desjardins Group,
then the wealth management and life and health insurance sectors. A graduate of the University of Sherbrooke, she
holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in management sciences. She stands out for
her strategic thinking, analytical mind, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
